Slice Model 142 Convoluted Tubing, Spiral Wrap and Heat Shrink tubing cutter - The Model 142 shrink tubing cutter has the same functionality as the Slice 141 - It will cut up to 5200 4 inch piece in 1 hour! Same adjustable input space of 1.5" x 3", so you can cut a wide range of wire and tubing in sizes up to 1 gauge, and hollow tubing up to 1.5" OD. As an added benefit, you can accurately cut four-foot pieces of heat shrink with a minimum amount of waste! Feed rates range from 1" per second up to 30" per second. Machine comes equipped with adjustable guides and chute opening for clean, square cuts. Standard cut accuracy +/- 1 mm. Cuts adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing, basic polyolefin heat shrink, convoluted loom tubing (split or unsplit), and many other types. Tubing sold separately. The SLICE Model 142-P is capable of cutting the same materials as the Model 141 (materials such as heat shrink tubing, convoluted tubing, rubber hose, braided bus, spiral wrap, to multi-conductor cable drawn from a Gaylord). Plus each unit has a unique sensor system for cutting up to 4 ft. sticks of adhesive-lined tubing with a minimum of waste.

Safety Features

• Two-handed operation requires operator to simultaneously press each button, located (1) one each side of machine to activate operation.

• Plexiglas safety shield, held magnetically in place covers the keyboard to prevent unintended activation.
