Slice 141 Heat Shrink and Tubing Cutter

Slice Model 141 Convoluted Tubing, Spiral Wrap and Heat Shrink tubing cutter - The Model 141 shrink tubing cutter will cut up to 5200 4 inch piece in 1 hour! With an adjustable input space of 1.5" x 3", you can cut a wide range of wire and tubing in sizes up to 1 gauge, and hollow tubing up to 1.5" OD. Feed rates range from 1" per second up to 30" per second. Machine comes equipped with adjustable guides and chute opening for clean, square cuts. Standard cut accuracy +/- 1 mm. Cuts adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing, basic polyolefin heat shrink, convoluted loom tubing (split or unsplit), and many other types. Tubing sold separately. The SLICE Model 141-P automated measuring and cutting system is capable of cutting a wide variety of materials such as, heat shrink tubing, convoluted tubing, rubber hose, braided bus, spiral wrap, and even multi-conductor. All materials can be run off reels, or drawn from a Gaylord.

Safety Features

• Two-handed operation requires operator to simultaneously press each button, located (1) one each side of machine to activate operation.
• Large red “emergency stop” switch located at top of unit, that stops cutting wire or tubing when pressed.
• Plexiglas safety shield, held magnetically in place covers the keyboard to prevent unintended activation.
