Model 6100 Heat Shrink tubing cutting machine - The Model 6100 shrink tubing cutter is a terrific entry-level to full scale production tube and wire cutter which will cut up to 6,000 4 inch pieces in 1 hour (or approximately 10,000 2 inch pieces)! With an input space of 4", and adjustable blade up to 1" high, you can cut a wide range of tubing sizes at feed rates ranging from 1" per second up to 15" per second, and cut lengths ranging from 1/8" up to 33 feet. Machine comes equipped with polyurethane coated feed wheels (to keep your polyolefin heat shrink tubing from getting marked or scratched), and REQUIRES NO AIR to use. Standard cut accuracy +/- 1 mm. Please keep in mind - the manufacturer's warranty is useless. We purchased a batch of machines directly from the manufacturer in China, in early 2010, and none of them worked when our customers went to use them for the first time. We took them back at our expense immediately and made other arrangements for the customers, or refunded their money, but the manufacturer has refused to stand by their product, leaving us with several non-working machines. After many hours of labor, the machines still do not work, and the manufacturer still refuses to replace these faulty machines. Therefore, we have to tell you up front that the JQ6100 is being sold as-is, with no warranty. All sales are final and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, without any support from the manufacturer, or us.
