Tin Copper braided sleeving


 

Made in compliance with AA59569 (formerly QQB575) specifications where applicable. The braid is manufactured to provide shield coverage of 90% minimum (70% for .078" and smaller) at the nominal diameters specified. The raw material meets ASTM B33 requirements.

Features of Tin Plated Copper braided sleeving:

  • Excellent cut through and abrasion resistance
  • Made in compliance with AA59569 (formerly QQB575) specifications where applicable.
    • Flat braid is typically used as a flexible and durable ground strap. High currents (Amps) are easily carried in low voltages.
    • Tubular braid is made with individual ends that conform to ASTM B33 specification. The braid is manufactured to provide shield coverage of 90% minimum
  • Braided from 36 AWG (0.005") tinned copper wire

Pricing for Stainless Steel Expandable Braided Sleeving (Tubular)

Made in the same manner as AA59569 (formerly QQB575) braid. The braid is manufactured to provide shield coverage of 90% minimum (70% for .078" and smaller) at the nominal diameters specified. We maintain inventories of Type 304 (non-magnetic) and Type 430 (magnetic) stainless steel wire. Stainless Steel braids are most widely used in corrosive or abrasive environments.
