Expando PT - The most widely used braided sleeve in the industry, PET expandable braided sleeving makes up over 80% of the worlds consumption of expandable sleeving. Bentley Harris Expando PT is a highly abrasion resistant braided sleeve that is perfect for most applications.

Expando PT Plus® - The patented Bentley Harris Plus treatment provides end users with a fray-resistant PET expandable braided sleeving that will not open up during installation or use. A hot knife is not required for use of this product. Rated for continuous use at temperatures up to 125°C.

Expando FR - A flame retardant version of the Expando PT. Expando FR passes the rigorous UL VW-1 and Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) part 25 flame tests.Flame retardant PET expandable braided sleeving also available in a private label version.

Expando FR Plus - Expando FR with the patented Bentley Harris fray-resistant Plus treatment. Perfect for when you need flame retardant PET expandable braided sleeving with a fray resistant end. UL VW-1 and FAR Part 25 flame rated.

Expando HR - Halar expandable braided sleeving is widely used in Space applications, where flame retardancy at elevated oxygen levels is required. Due to its low smoke generation, low outgassing and very high LOI, Halar is a great alternative to PTFE sleeving at a fraction of the cost.

Expando HR Plus - Expando HR with patented Bentley Harris fray-resistant treatment. Not suitable for space applications; however, still suitable for plenum applications. Halar expandable braided sleeving is suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to 150°C.

Expando DM - Patented dual monofilament sleeving product that provides better abrasion resistance in some applications than standard PET braided sleeving. Sleeve is made up of a mixture of Nylon 6,6 and PET strands. The Nylon monofilaments are 20% wider than the polyester monofilaments, providing for a tougher sleeve in wet and dry abrasive environments.

Expando 686DM - Patented dual monofilament sleeving product that provides improved temperature resistance and better abraision resistance than basic Ryton (PPS) braids. Sleeve is made up of a mixture of polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) polyether-ether Ketone (PEEK) strands. The PEEK monofilaments are 20% wider than the PPS monofilaments, providing for a tougher sleeve abrasive environments.

Hookit - Hook and Loop product

Roundit 2000 - A wrap-around sleeving manufactured from modified monofilament and textured polyester yarn, designed for mechanical protection and maintenance of wire and cable bundles. Its construction with 100% covering ratio provides excellent cut-through and abrasion resistance.

Roundit 2000 NX - high temperature woven wrap around product made from PPS and Nomex. Ideal for aerospace applications.

Roundit 2000 SE - Flame Retardant woven wrap around product

Roundit 2000 EMI - Bentley Harris Roundit 2000 sleeving with interwoven silver coated threads, providing EMI/RFI shielding.

Ben-Har 1151 XL-200 - heat treated fiberglass braided sleeving with and extruded silicone gum resin coating. 200°C continuous temperature rating.

Ben-Har 1151 XL-240 - One of only two products wordlwide with a 240°C temperature rating AND a 7000V dielectric strength
